Shipping

Can I get my order shipped internationally?

We don’t yet have an international shipping option on our website just yet but send us a message by clicking here. and we will certainly arrange for your order to be shipped internationally for a flat-rate of $5.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are shipped within 1 business day  from Austin, TX. We currently offer three different shipping options: (1)  Standard via USPS ($2.00 exc. tax) (2) Priority: 2- 3 days via USPS ($6.00 exc. tax) and (3) Express: 1 business day* via USPS ($20 exc. tax). Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of shipping and a tracking number. All orders can be tracked via USPS. Please allow up to 10 working days for a standard  USPS package to arrive. For express shipments, orders need to be place before 3pm CST to be dispatched the same day. Orders place after 3pm CST will be mailed out the next day.

Is there any way I can track my order?

Yes! We do our best to ship all orders within 1 business day from Austin, TX. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of shipping and a USPS tracking number. You can track your order with USPS  by simply entering your tracking number on their website.


Returns, Exchanges, Discounts and Refunds

Can I get a discount for large orders?

Sure, if you would like to order 10 or more bracelets send us a message by clicking here and we can work out a discount for you based on the size of your order

I’ve changed my mind and I don’t want my bracelet anymore. What do I do?

If for whatever reason you do not wish to keep your bracelet, we are more than happy to exchange or offer a full refund within 30 days.  Please also send us a message by clicking here and return the bravelet to:

My bracelet doesn’t fit. What do I do?

We want to make sure your bracelet fits perfectly and that you love it!  If you would like to exchange your bracelet for a different size, we are more than happy to help you. Please return the bracelet to:

My bracelet is broken. What do I do?

Firstly, our apologies that your bravelet broke. This should not happen, but if it does, we will be more than happy to send you an immediate replacement, free of charge. Please return the broken one to:

Sizing

How do I know what size I should order?

For both the men and women’s style, we offer two sizes: Small/Medium (7.25”) and Large (8.25”). For the women’s bracelet, the Small/Medium is by far our most popular size.  The large is most popular for the men’s style. These styles are non-adjustable and unfortunately we’re unable to make custom extra large or small bracelets at this time. However,  we do have an adjustable bracelet, which can be adjusted to 5.5” when closed tightest and 9” when open the widest.


General

Can you make custom bracelets?

Unfortunately at this time, we’re unable to customize our bracelets with custom engravings, multi-colors or XS/XL sizes but this is something we would love to offer in the future!

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

You will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. You will also receive an email with confirmation of shipping and a USPS tracking number. This is usually within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order.

Is the bracelet waterproof?

The men’s and women’s bracelets are made of genuine leather and 100% stainless steel. We would advise not wearing your bracelet in the shower or swimming pool to keep it in excellent condition. The adjustable Bravelets bracelet is made from nylon and stainless steel and is water resistant.

What can I expect when I receive my bracelet?

Your bracelet comes with a personal message from our founder, Stephanie Hansen. A card that lets you know where your money has been donated and an inspirational quote as a reminder to Be Brave. It also comes with information about keeping your bracelet in good condition is all packaged up beautifully in  a Bravelets™  bag.

Where are the bracelets manufactured?

The bracelets are assembled in Missouri, USA. The leather is all-American and the stainless steel is imported from China.


Causes and Charities

How do you decide on how much money to donate?

We donate a flat rate of $10 per bracelet.  We don’t believe in the phrase “a portion of proceeds will be donated….”  What does that mean?  Is a portion $.01?  Is a portion 1%?  That kind of giving is confusing and un-fulfilling to the purchaser.  We want you to feel good about your purchase.  We want you to know, when you look down at your wrist, that $10 was donated to your cause.

How do you decide on what causes?

We select causes based on feedback and requests from the Bravelets™ community.  We are constantly adding new causes.  If you do not see your cause listed, please click here and fill out the quick form to submit your request for a cause.

How do you decide on what charities to donate to?

We do extensive research and listen to feedback from our community. We do due diligence checks, which includes checking charity financials, ratings and reviews.

How do you decide on what colors?

We pick the colors based on the official charity colors and/or awareness ribbons.  When a cause has multiple colors that represent it for different organizations, we try to pick the most common, well-known awareness color.

How often do you donate to the charities?

Each quarter, so four times a year we write a check to every charity that we support; to the amount of $10 per Bravelets™ bracelet sold.

I don’t see a cause I want listed. How do I request one?
